Who knows how dreams begin? With a brief thought? Maybe a hope? A whispered word? A quiet wish? There could be as many explanations for the origins of our nightly mind adventures as there are randomly-strewn stars in the universe. That is exactly where I prefer to believe they are born; within a far distant sprinkling of celestial magic that rides upon the stars until spinning off to be entangled in the net of a sleepy mind's imaginative web.
